What electronics can I request a pickup for?
Tell us about your computers, laptops, servers, networking equipment, monitors, printers, phones, tablets, or other electronics. We accept virtually all types of business electronics and will confirm the pickup details before scheduling.
How soon can you pick up my electronics?
Share your preferred timing in the request. Our team will confirm availability; submitting the form does not reserve a pickup time.
Is electronics pickup free?
Pickup is free for businesses with 5 or more qualifying items. Courtesy accessories do not count toward the minimum. Smaller pickups and oversized equipment may have a small pickup fee, which we'll confirm with you upfront.
What should we do about business data?
Back up any files you need to keep and let us know if any devices require data destruction. We'll take care of the rest.
How do we arrange a business pickup?
Tell us what equipment you have and share your business contact details. Photos are optional. We'll confirm the service, any applicable fees, and pickup timing.
Which equipment counts toward free pickup?
Qualifying business devices count toward the five-item minimum. Courtesy accessories can be included but do not count toward that minimum. Visit What We Accept for the complete equipment guide.
What certificates are available?
A Certificate of Recycling records applicable electronics recycling services. A separate Certificate of Data Destruction documents completed destruction of designated storage media. Tell us which documentation your business needs.
