These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Apex IT Recycling website and services. By requesting a pickup or using our services, you agree to these terms. 

Apex IT Recycling LLC provides business electronics pickup, IT asset disposition (ITAD), responsible electronics recycling, and secure data destruction services throughout Orange County, California. We reserve the right to decline service for equipment we do not accept or pickup requests that do not meet our minimum service requirements. 

• Pickup scheduling is subject to availability. We aim to schedule within 48 hours but cannot guarantee specific timeframes in all cases.
• You are responsible for ensuring that equipment is accessible and ready for pickup at the agreed time.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us as soon as possible at info@apexitrecycling.com or (949) 730-0073.

• By scheduling a pickup, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of the equipment or are authorized to dispose of it.
• You are responsible for removing any personal or sensitive data from devices prior to pickup, unless you have specifically requested our data destruction service.
• Once equipment is collected by Apex IT Recycling, ownership is transferred to us for the purpose of recycling and disposal.
• We are not liable for any data remaining on devices for which data destruction service was not requested.
• Apex IT Recycling LLC reserves the right to decline equipment that is unsafe, contaminated, damaged beyond safe handling, or otherwise unsuitable for processing. 

• When data destruction is requested, we physically destroy all hard drives and solid-state drives using specialized tools.
• Certificates of Recycling and Certificates of Data Destruction are available upon request or when included as part of the agreed service. 
• While we take every precaution, Apex IT Recycling's liability is limited to the value of the data destruction service provided.

• Pickup is free for qualifying business electronics.
• A small fee may apply for non-qualifying items or loads of fewer than 5 items.
• Any applicable fees will be communicated to you before service is performed. We do not charge surprise fees.

Apex IT Recycling shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. 

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
